Our lupin packs are hand made with care. Remove the cover prior to heating in the microwave. For our regular lupin packs, heat for 30 second increments, but do not exceed 2 minutes. For the Comfy Critters, heat in 10 second increments and do not exceed 30 seconds.
When heating it is advised to pop a cup of water into the microwave to add moisture. This will avoid the lupins drying out and potentially scorching. Ensure all due care is taken.
Do not let children heat the lupins and ALWAYS test the temperature of the lupins prior to applying the pack to skin. Keep in mind younger and older skin can be more sensitive to heat and cold.
